Saundra Pawlak, the heart and soul behind Inner Soul Reflections, brings a unique blend of creativity, compassion, and holistic expertise. Growing up on a farm in Northwest North Dakota instilled a deep appreciation for nature and life’s simple beauty, a theme that continues to inspire her work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saundra’s journey into photography began during the summer of 2011 at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography<\/strong> in Missoula, Montana, where her creative eye was honed. It was during this transformative time that the school’s owner recognized her healing spirit and offered to teach her the practice of Reiki. This encounter became a turning point, leading Saundra into the world of energy healing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To complement her holistic offerings, Saundra received her 6-month massage therapy training at Josef’s School of Hair, Skin, and Body<\/strong> in February of 2024, where she developed the skills to help others find physical relief and relaxation. Her gentle approach, intuitive techniques, and dedication to well-being have made her a trusted guide for those seeking balance and peace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond her work in healing arts, Saundra is a passionate photographer with an eye for capturing reflective, meditative moments. Her photo prints celebrate the natural world and offer a sense of calm and connection to any space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
